“I started playing at a very young age with my first gig at the age of 12. I was very fortunate to be influenced in Latin and Big Band in my early teens by the groups I was working with. I feel It helped mold my approach. About that same time, I also met and played with fellow NBG member Mikey Wright. He quickly became a lifelong friend and one of my favorite people to play with. I have been fortunate to have played with very talented musicians throughout my life and feel blessed to be part of the amazing group on this album. I started engineering 27 years ago and have been fortunate to have worked with talents much larger than mine who taught me along the way. I am happy to have been able to apply some of that to this project.”
